Cathy Shupe is the co-founder and CEO for Missions In Motion International Ministries. She accepted Jesus as her Savior as a teenager. She holds a Master of Arts in Theology degree, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She has a desire to do all that God has called her to do, and to do it with excellence, integrity, and with joy, as unto the Lord. Cathy has received an award for her organizational skills and detail-oriented work. She enjoys and excels at organizing and planning short and long term mission trips both locally and abroad, as well as coordinating global aid and disaster relief efforts. Cathy believes God uses children as well as adults for His glory. She has a love and passion for people of all ages. Cathy is married to her college sweetheart and best friend, Dan. They are blessed to have an amazing son, Zacharyah, and an amazing Godson, Donovan. She enjoys using her gifts and talents to further the Kingdom through missions and disaster relief efforts. Cathy has had the privilege of ministering not only in disaster relief efforts throughout the United States, but also internationally through missions work in Jamaica, Mexico, Honduras, Belize, and Haiti.

Zacharyah Shupe serves as the Special Operations Manager for Missions In Motion International Ministries. He accepted the Lord at the age of 3. He is a disciple of Christ and a home school graduate. He was the first person in his church to receive the Royal Rangers Gold Medal of Achievement, the highest award given to a Royal Ranger. Zacharyah has a heart for others and is fulfilling the call to the mission field that Christ has given him. From a very early age he has had a passion to tell others about Jesus. He has been on numerous mission trips and disaster relief efforts with his two amazing parents, Dan and Cathy. He enjoys the behind-the-scenes work with mission trips and disaster relief efforts.

Nancy Beckman is the Financial Manager for Missions In Motion International Ministries. Nancy brings amazing skills and expertise to this position. Before she retired, Nancy worked in accounting positions for more than 50 years, including 20 years at Peter Town Physical Therapy Inc. She loves the Lord, and loves serving Him not only with Missions In Motion, but also with her local church, where she currently oversees the Inner City Children's Fund, which benefits needy school children in her community. Nancy has been married to her wonderful husband Doug for over 53 years, and has been blessed with three children and four grandchildren. With her family and friends, she has been very involved in Christian outreach programs for more than 40 years. Nancy has a heart for people of all ages, and sharing the love of Jesus with them.

Tyler King serves as the Facilities Coordinator for Missions In Motion International Ministries. Tyler does a great job of maintaining the Missions In Motion facilities. Originally from Cape Girardeau, Missouri, he moved to the Cincinnati area in 2013. Since that time, Tyler has been actively serving with Missions In Motion in various capacities. He has participated in local mission opportunities, and has also traveled extensively throughout the United States doing disaster relief and missions work. He has a heart to serve the Lord, and those who are in need. Tyler is such a blessing and a wonderful asset to Missions In Motion.
