Dan Shupe is the co-founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors for Missions In Motion International Ministries. He accepted Christ as his Savior at the age of 15. He is passionate about Jesus, his wife Cathy, their son Zacharyah, Godson Donovan, and serving the Lord through missions and disaster relief efforts. Dan finds great joy in sharing the love of Christ with others, especially the less fortunate, and being the "hands and feet" of Jesus. He has been blessed to travel to various places throughout the United States doing disaster relief work, and has truly enjoyed the opportunity to minister in places such as Jamaica, Mexico, Honduras, Belize, and Haiti. Dan is constantly working on his Spanish so that he can do more than just order a taco.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree, has more than 30 years of experience in the field of engineering, and holds six US patents. He has had the privilege of working with clients such as NASA, the Swiss Army, Boeing, and others.

Cathy Shupe is the co-founder and CEO for Missions In Motion International Ministries, and an ex officio member of the Board of Directors. She accepted Jesus as her Savior as a teenager. She holds a Master of Arts in Theology degree, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She has a desire to do all that God has called her to do, and to do it with excellence, integrity, and with joy, as unto the Lord. Cathy has received an award for her organizational skills and detail-oriented work. She enjoys and excels at organizing and planning short and long term mission trips both locally and abroad, as well as coordinating global aid and disaster relief efforts. Cathy believes God uses children as well as adults for His glory. She has a love and passion for people of all ages. Cathy is married to her college sweetheart and best friend, Dan. They are blessed to have an amazing son, Zacharyah, and an amazing Godson, Donovan. She enjoys using her gifts and talents to further the Kingdom through missions and disaster relief efforts. Cathy has had the privilege of ministering not only in disaster relief efforts throughout the United States, but also internationally through missions work in Jamaica, Mexico, Honduras, Belize, and Haiti.

Shawn Meriwether serves as the Vice Chairman for the Board of Directors for Missions In Motion International Ministries. He accepted the Lord as His Savior in 1980. Shawn is currently working on his Associates Degree of Applied Sciences, in Office Applications Technology. He has 16 years of experience in the Information Technology Field. His expertise is monitoring, operating, troubleshooting, documenting, and resolving hardware issues. He performs customer support for five environments and works to resolve their software issues, while maintaining & monitoring the networked HP Tandem S-series mainframe computers. Shawn is the father of two wonderful children, Di-Shon and Erica. He is very passionate about reaching souls for Jesus and serving through missions and disaster relief efforts.

Robert Puckett serves as the Secretary of the Board of Directors for Missions In Motion International Ministries. He is a great asset to the organzation, bringing leadership, wisdom, and fresh ideas for taking Missions In Motion to new heights. Robert accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at the age of 18. He has served as a Sunday School teacher for more than 16 years. He holds Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Electrical Engineering and has worked in the Aerospace and Defense industry for over 19 years, designing electronics for spacecraft and launch vehicle avionics. Robert is very thankful and blessed to share his passion for the ministry with his amazing wife Melissa and their two beautiful daughters Elizabeth and Hannah. He has a heart for helping people through missions and disaster relief efforts.

Mary Ellen Kiel is a member of the Board of Directors for Missions In Motion International Ministries. Mary Ellen not only brings wisdom and fresh ideas to Missions In Motion, she brings diversity as well. She is a certified natural health consultant, a certified aromatherapy consultant, and a retired librarian aid. She is very involved in her church and community. She accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior at age 35. God has blessed her with wisdom and discernment to touch the hearts of troubled teens, so much so that she started an equine therapy program for children and teens to experience the wonderful healing therapy that horses can bring to an individual. God has taken her from working in the schools to retirement, to starting an equine therapy program, to ministering to "the least of these" locally, as well as in Belize, Honduras, and Mexico. She enjoys working on her 140-acre farm, and has been blessed with 6 children, 8 amazing grandchildren, and 9 adorable great-grandchildren.
